Global Reign is a MMO text-based strategy game. It has been in off and on development for close to two years. The game is still in early development due to the projecting having been restarted multiple times.
There is no release date as of now, don't expect one any time soon. The game productions is only at about 30%-35%. There is still a heck of a lot of work to do, but the forums are up. Feel free to join, chat about the game, ask questions, post suggestions, anything. Send a PM to "Beta" if you want to be notified/participate when the game is ready for public testing.
